We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us.

However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds. Most of our products do have free demos to experience before you buy to help you decide.

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not yet activated our product, we will happily issue a refund upon your request. Refund requests made after you have activated our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund requests, if any, must be made within fourteen (14) days of your original purchase. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

We will notify you once we’ve received your proof purchase to let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
